Purpose
This acceptable use policy describes what is and is not allowed when using Imagena. It applies to uploaded images, text prompts, generated results, account activity, and any attempt to use the Service through public interfaces or APIs.
Prohibited Content
You may not upload, request, generate, share, or attempt to generate:
- Any form of explicit sexual, NSFW, pornographic, adult, nude, or sexually suggestive content.
- Sexual, suggestive, exploitative, or unsafe content involving minors.
- Images, face swaps, deepfakes, impersonation, or other deceptive identity manipulation without consent.
- Hateful, harassing, threatening, violent, self-harm, illegal, infringing, or otherwise harmful content.
- Content that infringes on others' privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights, or that uses others' content without consent.
AI Generation Safety
- User prompts are moderated before generation.
- Prompts that are rejected, flagged, or cannot be completed because moderation is unavailable will be blocked.
- If you attempt to bypass moderation or repeatedly request prohibited content, we may suspend or terminate the related access.
