Information We Collect
We only collect what is necessary to run the service:
- Account information — Your email address at sign-up (and an optional nickname); or your Google account information if you sign in with Google.
- Photos you upload — Portraits and outfit photos you provide to generate results.
- Saved character profiles — Only when you choose to save one, we store private reference images, thumbnails, image hashes, photo-quality information confirmed by you, and the height and weight you choose to provide. We do not infer height or weight from photos, and we do not store face vectors or full facial keypoints.
- Waitlist email — An email you may optionally submit to be notified when paid plans launch.
- Usage and history — Generation history, credit usage, and other records needed to operate the service, all linked to your account.
- Technical data — Basic logs such as approximate region (for language detection), device, and browser information.
How We Use This Information
- Provide, operate, and maintain the service.
- Generate the outfits and portrait images you request.
- When you have explicitly chosen to, restore a saved character in the AI Wardrobe and AI Hair Studio.
- Notify you when paid plans launch, if you joined the waitlist.
- Improve, safeguard, and troubleshoot the service.
- Comply with legal obligations.
Third-Party Processing
To provide the service, we rely on a small number of trusted providers who process data only on our behalf:
- AI image providers (e.g., OpenRouter, OpenAI, Google Gemini) — Photos you upload are sent to these providers to generate results.
- Supabase — Handles authentication, database, and file storage.
- Google — If you choose to sign in with Google (OAuth).
- ipapi.co — Used only for an approximate region lookup to choose your initial language.
Image Data and Retention
- Images used for generation are transferred to the AI providers above to produce the results you request. For signed-in users, the generation inputs and results may also be stored in your account's private storage to process tasks and provide generation history. We use expiring signed URLs and do not store permanent signed URLs.
- A saved character profile is created only when you choose "Save as character". Profiles are kept until you replace them, delete them in-product, or request account deletion. When deleted, the current profile, reference images, and thumbnails are removed together.
- Saved character profiles are used only for the styling flows you request. Each time you generate, the AI image provider still needs to read the character reference images.
Data Security
- We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate data.
- Delete your data or close your account.
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
International Users
- The service is available worldwide, and your information may be processed in countries other than your own. We strive to handle personal data in line with applicable laws (including the GDPR and CCPA where applicable). By using the service, you agree to this processing.
Changes to This Policy
- We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
